About Kenneth Spafford

Ken began his law career by serving for two years as a judicial clerk for a federal district judge in Phoenix, Arizona. He subsequently joined one of the nation's largest law firms as an intellectual property attorney before moving to Erie and establishing his own practice.
Ken is a member of the Pennsylvania, Arizona, and California Bars, and he is admitted to practice in numerous state and federal courts. He is a patent attorney and is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Ken served in the U.S. Peace Corps for two years, teaching high school physics and chemistry in Malawi, Africa. He grew up in Erie and is glad to be back.
